Lyra´s Journey
Lyra´s Journey is a VR horror adventure game. My role here was lead and Technical Designer, participating and contributing heavily to the narrative and worldbuilding of the game as well as to guide the team through the prototype phase.
• Lead of 3 people team (Junior scripter, Junior level designer and 3D artist) to create a functional prototype.
• Scripted mechanics and systems from scratch.
• Contributed to the worldbuilding defining the food chain of animals, creatures and humans.
• Wrote some rules to structure the magic world, helping the rest of the team to design under these constraints.
• Created graphs to showcase the progress and stress/horror level of each chapter of the game.
• Defined the behavior of the animals after spotting the player and their food/water patterns.
• Scripted and implemented a debugger to spawn animals and enemies during playtime in-editor.

DOCUMENTATION
Helped to develope the initial concepts for worldbuilding, defining how living beings co-exist in the nature, what is the place of humans in the food chain, describing the biome and creatures behavior.
Designed the food chain and animals behavior.
Created the animal AI behavior patterns.
To measure the horror level of the game, I sectioned the game in important stages and forecasted the
I made a graph showcasing the correlation between the progress of the game and difficulty.
Createded a list of sounds needed for the first part of the demo.
